Location: Southern Victoria, Australia
Date: Dec 24, 2007
Aperture: 8

Taken in a remote part of Southern Victoria, Australia.
Even though it was fairly cloudy there was enough light to shoot at a reasonable f setting especially as it was shot from a tripod.

The shot is of a subject that's less interesting than some others, but the technicals are all spot on, especially the post processing. Good job.

Very nice photo. I do think they are not ugly. I love to use wind power for electricity everywhere :) Good photo to send message ;)

Wow - that thing looks huge and the hay bales so small in comparison. My favorite part of your iamge is actually the patch of blue sky and the top of the windmill.

That is a great shot. Alot of windfarms springing up in the Mid-West and I find them facinating. -9-

Good use of the rule of thirds with the horizon line.

A decent shot to show the size of these things - they really are larger than most people realize. To me it seems a bit off balance with the large structure just to the left of center. A bit more to the right of center might have better balance? Overall the pictures seems to be just a bit on the underexposed or not quite contrasty enough side.

The wind turbine seems to be too far to the left of the frame and I'm not keen on the camera angle.
