| I love the texture of their coats and the thick manes. I think the composition is good, the light is good, and the action is good. I good capture. Perhaps a little more contrast in the shot would have raised you score. |

I don't think it's that horses are not a hot topic, I think it's that you entered it in a Free Study... this is the best of the best of the entire month... and there are some pretty awesome photogs here :)
This shot is excellent and placed well IMO. Very well for a FS. |

Thanks again. Lots of people have mentioned that the picture is underrated. Maybe horses are not a hut topic.

| I think it is a great B/W action photo. The only thing I can think that would have made the horses stand out more is if the trees were not in the background. But how can you control that when you are trying to get a shot like this one. Love the tones. Very underrated in my opinion. |

Thanks SandyP! I also think it is pretty good, probably the best shot I have ever taken. But I guess I have to accept the vote. Any suggestions that could have made it even better?
