 These clouds were almost invisible to the eye...little longer exposure brought them out. Raw conversion with minor adjustments, mainly white balance and slight shift in hue and saturation. Followed by Neat Image. I know some comments may suggest too much saturation but there is really very little change in the cloud color from the way they reflect the nearby lights in this part of London.

I like the harbor portion of your image. The processing on the sky however, looks odd and for me, "fights" with the foreground.
