| Not sure what the object is, which is isolated by contrast. Would suggest adding a “black” figure to the set up. |

Sorry, this was a let down. There were beautiful pictures before I saw this one. Great shots with wonderful backgrounds.
Then I see this one with the white background, which wouldn't have been bad, but what is that on the right in the background? A room, a doorway? I attention is drawn to it for some reason. Next time, hang a sheet or something that doesn't take away from your subject.

| Some skew to the chessboard that you might not have been able to fix without making the doorway off skew instead. The edges of the pieces in front of the door seem overly harsh. |

| the white spaces on the board are not very white and the left side of the background is blown out. the right side of the background has that dark vertical line distracting from the rest of the photo. i also would have had the pieces set up in which they would illustrate the title better such as having the white king in jeopardy. |
