This is interesting. What message were you trying to convey here? lol. Actually if you make this just a square crop you'd have a very pretty texture picture. Nice find!

I would guess we're looking down at a planter full of lovely poinsettias. I think in this case to get more impact, you may have wanted to include more of the setting. As presented, it's nice and colorful but really doesn't offer much more as far as composition to hold or engage the viewer.
