I knew about the crane couldn't edit it off due to something happening in my personal life... and just wanted to seee how it would do... =]

Composition wise I wanted to be a bit different and to be honest I quiet like the unlit building but it's all good!

Nice. Although dark building on the middle gets more attention than Big Ben :P Little blurry too I think. I don't know, maybe you wanted this way...

I don't like the blue toning - it's a lovely photo that I think the blue overpowers

The large central dark building does not work for me - it forces the eye out from the centre rather than leading. Also needs to be sharper and perhaps with the crane cloned out?

The dark building becomes the focal point because of the contrast.

You seem to have captured an unusual moment. From that point of view this is good. From an aesthetic point of view I'd have returned when the lights had been fixed.
