Thank you for all the nice comments and for the suggestions on how I could have improved this photograph. I am just beginning to explore the world of photography and I know I have a lot to learn. I am thrilled to death to have placed 64th out of 245 images submitted.

This is a really beautiful photo. I like the contrast of the dark shadow in the front with the bright cottage in the rear. Truly wonderful.

Running downhill from R to L. Comp is nice. I might have cropped out the black tree in the foreground, it doesn't fit well. Good luck.
