Initial=funny!
Composition=fair
Clarity (focus, details)=a bit soft
Exposure=a bit dark, but don't think it takes away from it too much.. Wonder if the whites could be brought out a bit....
Interesting or Emotive=fair.

I am using a this new detailed commenting method inspired by autool. (Thanks
autool!). I hope you find it more helpful than my former comments.

It's not an artistically great photo but a very funny one :-) I think it was a good decision to use B&W. The colours of the flag and the background would have distracted from the skeleton. Now in B&W the white skeleton sticks out from the darker sourroundings. -stephan

Was that the last applicant? No thank you! Seriously, nice shot. Not really thrilled with the background, but you'd have been shot for moving the skeleton, so good job considering. I think it would have been a funny title to connect the bones with the Help Wanted sign. 7 Swash
