 The "lounge" is a concrete slab with an aluminum roof, surrounded by vertical concrete slabs. Furnishings include discarded office chairs, picnic tables, and a few airport type joined seating sections. Nice this time of year - very warm in the summer months.

All the comforts of military life ;-) But those baby-fat cheeks ... almost looks like a kid playing dressup.

You have given us such an appreciation for the mundane reality of life of our service people in the middle east. I love that he's reading a book - something you'd do anywhere.
