A very good image for the challenge, which now knowing the backstory to the shot is even better. Often in the UK we say that Americans do not understand the meaning of irony, but I have to say having such a wonderful peaceful mural on the side of a slaughterhouse suggests otherwise.
I also really like the fact that you shot it through the fence...these pigs mays look free but really they are captured (again a touch of poigniancy given the building)

I love the contrast of the lines - from the fence and the bricks. Kinda sad to have such a lovely painting on a place where the subjects of the painting meet their end! |

I really like the contrasting lines and texture. It reminds me of an old quilt hand sewn. Great sharp colors too. |
