 THE IMAGE: I know it's a long shot, but I like the image and thought it might work. I propped the camera on a pier post and hoped it would not fall in the water while I waited 18 seconds. The pier was actually moving, but the results were terrific. It was about 30 minutes after sunset.

THE EDIT: Levels, Saturation, Noise Ninja, Colour Balance

I love that time of night, one of my favorites for getting that ambient light.
It looks like that wood? in the foreground is glowing.

Nice. I believe this photo, this shot, would look better in a bright blue sky for this challenge. When I hear "heaven" somehow I imagine brighter place. Although lights and shadow here very nice... makes it a very good photo overall :)

Nice perspective. Perhaps a bit too much water here, and the over saturation is a little over done, but some like it that way. Problem with your highlights is that they are overexposed. the bridge's detail is lost.
