 Army-Navy flag football game at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait.

The Navy had done quite a bit of pre-game planning. Check the windows at the top of the building in the background. They'd also covered base signs on the way to the field with signs of their own. The Army had printed Go Army, Beat Navy banners, too.
