 Taken in our home "studio" with hot work lights (Like you'd get at home depot or something). I only used one light lit from the right (obviously). Our collapsible reflector is also a diffuser, so I propped that in front of the light. Piece of black backdrop fabric nailed to the wall and Voila! The end result is close to what I envisioned, but not exactly. I'm happy enough though. I worry that this will not do so well because it's not "creative"....we shall see.

I think it wouold have better if you could see the rest of your head. You might have cropped it too much on the top but it's still a good photo

nicely done up and the processing is great too. on a closer look tho the lightimg could have been softer for better impact. Excellent nonetheless

overprocessed. Please be more subtle when softening skin and sharpening eyes. This looks unnatural.

Great lighting - i love the use of the dark top to make us focus on your face. I just think that maybe a bit more detail in your face and a bit less processing on the eyes would have made this better for me - it's a very natural shot except for a bit of over processing - still it gets a 7

This proves simplicity can often be the best. I am sure some will criticize the lighting but it adds. This picture is perfect in black and white...a 10.
