really great picture!! is that supposed to be the character "puck" from shakesphere's "a midsummer night's dream"??

cool shot and pose, her eyes really give the feeling of mischief. You seem to have lost some details with neat image or blur. I try to copy the image and apply the effect, then mask out what I don't want effected. I think it works on her face but unnecessary for her hair and clothing. just my opinion though. I think will do well. :)
