It WAS raining, and darker and greyer than this; got camera quite wet too. Slight rotation and crop, more beefing up of light and colour.

What a chilly looking soggy day. It's perfect for a "water shots" challenge, as there is water in the air and everywhere in this shot. Glad your camera didn't fall victim to the sprinkles.
