you did good with the lighting.

Flowers look pretty cool if you flash direct light from behind them so it shows through the petals too.

the light seems a bit harsh. I'm sure you had some problems isolating and popping the out the center stem, right? A picture like this in a studio environment, screams for the flower to be in focus in all parts. Good job blocking out the background.

the lighting looks to be done well, but I think the focus needs a little work. It could just be the DoF though as the most centered leaf appears in focus.

there is nothing that is sharp in this image and your losing seperation ont he pettal on the left.
