Shot RAW. Converted in RSE6 without much adjusting. In PSCS2, cropped, resized, some stray facial spots removed, Desaturated, a bit of levels, curves, burn and dodge, slight oval border, USM & SFW.

I think people just don't like photos of children with food on their faces. Because this is obviously a lovely child and an accomplished photograph -- certainly doesn't deserve to be so near the bottom.

On a purely subjective and personal level, I just don't find photos of children eating appealling in any way. If I cover over the hand spoon and mouth you have a lovely portrait, but as soon as I see the rest it changes my view dramatically. I do, though look forward to more photos of the same model with the same style of processing.

it may be yummy, but for me its a little too close of a crop. obviously I don't have kids. :P the black and white conversion works well I think.

I like the natural light; works well in B&W in my opinion. I'm not a big fan of food/eating pics (just a quirk of mine) but this is cute.
