I got this idea from a photo sekarmalathy took called "Transition of Emotions"

The set up was simple, I placed a lamp with no shade in front of me with the camera behind it. I hung a dark blue blanket behind me because I do not have fancy equipment. Except for the remote which I used to take the picture when I was in position. I looked at the camera, then after a few seconds, I turned, made a face, and closed the curtain via remote. (seven seconds in total)

Post:
De saturation
slight contrast
slight levels
a little cloning for dust
a little dodge/burn
no cropping
resize/save for web

I tried something similar for my entry, but I like your take on the idea more. Props.

Cool lighting here. Your expression seems harmless enough in the still pose but the second one is a little wilder.

Good concept. Wish it were sharper.

Here is what I can say about this photo. If you didn't try two person thing, and kept the one on the left, regular shot, this photo might be doing better. You already had a good lighting and good composition. The location you are in, left, and right side is dark is very nice. It's a good photo overall though. Nothing wrong trying something creative :)

A tad out of focus but I love the emotion in this shot.

very good change of expressions. light switch off between the two positions could have been good unless you deliberately wanted to show the motion. more timing for the second position (may be equal to the first) would balance both expressions. otherwise good photograph.

Nice combo pic.
Maybe a little more exposure/level compression.
