I think the crop is a little too tight, nice stop action, especially shooting in a gym. :)

Id like this picture more if Ithe ball was more in focus. Also the color and edges are a bit sketchy.

Good idea, but i think the crop has worked against you. It is clearly an unusual shot and while you have focussed on the main figure in white you have ended up chopping details out of all the other players.

I think it would have been better cropping a bit wider and having the additional players in - after all the shot is all about a crowd so bring the extra bodies back in :- )

Nice capture. Just that you have made it too obvious that you have cropped off the side, and made the image ratio kinda weird.
