 Did not have anything better to shoot. I don't expect too much on it, but I'm curious anyway to see how it goes. I hope to get really honest comments, even if bad ones.
Used a 500W bulb on the left side, a weak white lamp on the ceiling of the room and weak natural light reaching the front.
The editing steps are basic adjustments on the RAW conversion and some adjustment layers, resize, USM, Neat Image on PSP X2.

I like this for not being just pretty! The shapes in the composition are pleasing to me, and the lighting is good, but it's your choice of subject I like best. The dying bananas and the climbing (purple potato?) vine are a nice contrast to make your point, and the colors work well enough together for the challenge.

I wish the background had a different color. You have yellows and purples which are great...but that background mutes the colors.

fantastic! i love the organization and concept of this photo. my choice for a ribbon, however I feel that due to the non-conventional nature of this photograph, it won't do as well as it should. The neutral colored background is wonderful. I can't write how much I enjoy this photo. 10.
