 A fire escape on the town square in Granbury, Texas.

Curves, clarify, saturation, noise removal and various selections on the brickwork, window, and especially on the railing, to bring out the details and texture.

I finally broke the 6 barrier!!!!! Yay!!!

Thanks for the positive comments. I know on this site that when I get good feedback it is the real thing.

I really love the rosey colors here, and the composition is excellent. Wonderful photo!

This is wonderful! I love the shadow of the railing and the textures. The arched window, the green plants framing the shot at the bottom.... it all works so well together! Very nicely done! :)

Really cool composition and subject, and I particularly like the greens at the bottom. Colors are vibrant without going overboard. Congrats on the sixer!

I like your eye for a composition, and your sense of colour too. The organic shapes of the creeping plant - as well as the disorder of the boxes in the window add a sense of the random to the more obviously regular subject and presentation. Fine work.

I like this very much. The red of the brick work, perhaps reflecting late afternoon sun, in turn reflects the idea of fire itself. shame you couldn't persuade the owner of the building to remove the stacked boxes from the window, but even so well worthy of an 8 from me.

Your composition is absolutely PERFECT here, love the diaognal of the stairs, the window is lovely, the plant on the stairs is a perfect touch. I live the long shadow the stair created as well
