 My first try at self-family-portrait. "How to make them do this" was the hardest part.

About the lighting:
all natural, midday, partly cloudy day - I was just waiting for the clouds to cover the sun to press the shutter

Really very nice. Great colors, the poses feel comfortable and not static. Just a very pleasant family portrait overall. Not much to suggest to make it better.
