 The DFACs (dining facilities) are always decorated for holidays. I do find it a bit interesting that the folks who do the decorating very rarely celebrate the holidays for which they decorate. This particular DFAC is far more elegant than most. Food was good, too. But food is pretty good everywhere I've been. Probably because I don't have to cook it.
