I love this photo. The black background is great against the soft color of the plant. You can actually "see" the plant moving.

As to the background - it was dark but there was some white bokeh in the upper right corner that I removed.

Yes, I know how difficult it is to shoot this stuff - it's always moving in the wind.
Did you make the background dark like that in post-processing?

It was really cold for our walkabout as well today. Very nicely done. I love the dark background. You have done really well minimizing the flare amidst the leaves also. You can almost feel the texture of the plant while looking at the photo.
