 Taken through glass at a zoo... yup... i swear!

Anyway, not much to say about the shot, it is what it is :)

Duplicated colour layer set to overlay - masked to selectively apply colour.

Burnt out background (which was near black anyway)
Took out some stray hairs
Dodge and Burn on eyes and features

Post challenge:

Wow, thought it was a good shot but didnt think i would get so high in a free study! Started at 6.6 and just worked it's way up. Thanks for the comments and 2 favs. PB in a FS for me! :D (And almost a PB in total).

BTW - this shot was also taken under weird yellow tinted flourescents - gotta love Photoshop!

looks like you must have has this monkey (gibbon?) in your studio! Stunning portrait revealing so much detail in such a hard to expose for subject.
