Interesting shot, I like the shadow, the composition and clarity. I'm glad you got your shot before he/she took off. I once stalked a turtle for three days before getting her picture. Nice work! I'm having a hard time at this point with sour. Everyones work is so unique. Maybe burn the dry wood so the contrast isn't so great between the dry and wet. lol - I do really like it as is. |

I can't get over the detail you captured here. For sour, that's a hard one for me since I saw the scene transpire with great amusement. So I'll go with maybe having a different background that wasn't as busy (the dry board vs wet portion, and the moss). |

I have to get myself a lizard or turtle! They would make much better subjects than my dog LOL

I really like how you captured the details in the turtles feet and the real life beauty of him (the slime really works for me here). The colors nice and rich as well.
Sour - i would love to see its face and know what he is looking at. |
