Jaimee again, this one was edited A LOT. lots of little blemishes, ect. The eyes aren't as edited as they look though.

I don't have any technical suggestions, but I like this. DWTerry is probably right that the turn of her head would help a little.

I've heard this tip from several master photographers, so I'm going to pass it on to you:

Always make sure there is at least a little bit of skin on the far side of the far eyeball.

In other words, she needs to turn her head towards you just another couple of degrees so that you can complete her eye socket. Doing so will have the double-effect of allowing you to see the iris of her far eye as well, which, looks strange in this image because of the way it is hiding.
