There, I took out the grass with the healing brush. I also Airbrushed over some of the darker spots and used the liquify filter to move her chin in a bit.
I think I like it more with the grass - like you said it anchors her. Without it the crop looks a little odd - maybe instead of cloning out the grass you could try cropping it higher(??)
