| love the look she has - very nice soft lighting and good control of focus. I think the selective desaturation really detracts here - pick either color or b/w. It is too good an image to get cute-sy. |

Diane,
Without a doubt my favourite of the shots that you have entered so far in the challenge
So many things to love about this shot, the composition, the softness of it on the face (especially as you have got such sharpness elsewhere), the bokeh, the BRILLIANT desat job on the boots and the gentle B&W conversion
I a really really struggling for anything sour to say on the shot...The best I can do is say, it might be nice with a border
Super image, I hope your daughter appreciates it |
