Lots of lines! Composition might be improved by cropping the top to eliminate the partially wet concrete and weeds/grasses which distract me, at least, from enjoying the lovely spaghetti effect of the water falling.
I like your processing on this one. The curtains of water are very interesting to me and I am glad that they are not smooth, as I like the action much more. Now just where does all this water go?
