Noticed this assemblage this morning - don't ask why all this stuff is there - so I took out the tripod. Maybe foreground bokeh? But too hard to adjust auto focus on tripod, though I have no idea what the focus IS on. Cropped a sliver off the bottom, adjusted gamma, hue, saturation, contrast, resized and sharpened. And that IS a screen with water droplets.
Cool shot, and good idea to shoot this when you found it.
It looks like an old painting of a hammock that exploded near an old milk pail next to a clothes line pole. Ditto what tinky2 said.
