 Afghani truck drivers decorate their vehicles quite elaborately. The "jingle truck" designation (an American one, I think) comes from the fact that many have small metal chains dangling from the grill or bumper that "jingle" when they drive. I'll keep my eye out for more of these - I just don't have the opportunity to see that many of them.

wow. now that's a truck. vaguely reminiscent of a gypsy caravan. (and, yes, i know Roma is the preferred term, but most people don't know that yet, so no-one would have known what i was talking about...)
