BFC:
Composition is too centered for my taste. Image seems a bit blurry as well as noisy, try a tripod and if you can set your ISO to a lower setting to reduce noise.
Saturation seems nice and I like your choice of DOF. Good luck and keep shooting! |

| the busy background in the same color/tone as your subject, does not help make it pop out. good DOF and exposure |

| I did something like this for my last "Something New" entry. The only issue I see with it is that the flower bud is too central in the image. It could also maybe be a little sharper and without the white blobs in the background. Overall a good image though. |
