 Man this photograph has irritated me. I took a shot potential for the FS before the challenge started and then when the challenge came up I decided to reshoot it but dont seem to have been able to capture this as well as I originally did

The church is the Saxon church of the Holy Trinity in Old Wolverton (rebuilt in 1819) with the original tree outside it and surrounded by graves dating back to the 1800's

Must have been the position of the sun. You can never count on it being in the same place when you need it. Interesting contrast. I wish I could see more of the grave stones.

The tree is blocking too much of the church here. I think we need to see more of the building, rather than more of the tree.

The tree really detracts from the photo. Would be nice if you were able to get up closer to the building, bypassing most of the tree.
