 THE IMAGE: Taken on my recent visit to Sicily, Italy. This town of Ibla is an unspoiled, undiscovered place. Beauty everywhere, including in this door study. Shot at 16mm, I would have preferred a better composition as the lines are a little awkward.

EDIT: Basic stuff, nothing special. Layer for selective desat, some d and b and blur and sharpen.

PREDICTION: This is my first image for a while, so I am hoping it will do OK. 6.2??? It is a real 'study' in the true sense of the word. Could really bomb as well...here's hoping!

POST: In the top 10% is a great result, and over what I predicted, so well done Enz!

I was one of your 8's on this Enzo. The selective desat is nice because its not so blaring. Just a really well composed and interesting image. Well done!

Like the subject and selective desat. Interesting framing effect; it's clearly tilted, but balanced, while the little porch floor appears level. I like this more the longer I look at it.
