These are slave cabins, a shameful legacy here in the south. I sought to capture them in the somber mood that fits these relics.
I titled it as I did because although slavery is thankfully long since gone in the south, there is still plenty of racism - far too much. I see it less in the younger generations, but until parents stop teaching their children to fear and/or hate those who are different from themselves, ignorance and intolerance will remain.
