This Photo was taken at Lower Antelope Canyon about mid day. The light was great and the colors of the stone are amazing and was constantly changing do to the angle of the light above. The "water flow" look on the bottom left of the photo is actually sand I threw into the air to catch some light. Some may find it distracting but I like it. The sand was actually sparkling a bit but the shutter speed was to slow to catch that effect. Beautiful place and can't wait to go back again and do Upper Antelope Canyon and Canyon X. Original was a RAW exposure. Minimal PP was done; levels, USM, B/C, and cloned out some pesty sensor dust. Used a wide angle 12-24mm lens at 12mm. Natural light on a tripod. I really like this shot and hope it does well maybe a 6 or so.

Interesting light coming there but the image is lacking in impact overall. The thing to the lift is really distracting in the composition.

cool looking. Looks like there may be some blur form someone walking past a long exposure.

Wonder if these caves are in the Grand Canyon...

Very heavily photographed landmark, I feel that this shot is a bit of a wasted opportunity. Usually, photographers are attracted to the stunning plays of light, textures and shapes in this formation, whereas I feel that this looks more like an 'I was there' kind of a shot. I don't see an exploration and an awareness of all the aforementioned issues. Particularly bad is the inclusion of the edge of an arch on the left of the shot, which leads the eye out of the frame, a definite 'no no'.

I would have preffered a less centered composition and a little more saturation. And there's some light in the middle that looks very trange...

Nice and unusual slot canyon shot. What's happening in the lower left? Falling sand?

I like the light spill from the arch. The composition strikes me as a bit too centered, maybe.
