Still learning!
I had a heart and very bad lighting to work with. THis picture can go two ways. Either you're a woman scorned and you ripped out his heart for leaving you for that other woman, or you are a heart breaker and this guy loved you so much he left you his heart. Depends on your mood i suppose.
For editing it was only overall sharpening, tiny tweak of highlight, and a border.

GREAT idea. Should have used something other than a disposable plastic knife though. Photo itself could have a bit more snap to it.

quite gross, but a bad picture in itself, flat lighting crowded background and lack of interesting composition
