For me, your title aids your image. There's a bit too much distance between the two, but I like your idea.

nice idea but it just doesn't come across well. The background is distracting and shows alot of sensor noise.

I knew dying flowers would be a common subject for this challenge, but this is a good perspective on it. Nice strong pink.

Great perspective for the subject. Makes me a bit sad to see something of such beauty looking at something not so much.

Usually I like the grain, but I find it a bit distracting here.

This tells a good story. If it was mine, I'd probably try to get both of them in focus, but this is another good way to get the point across.
