 taken in Natchaug State Forest in Connecticut. It was a rainy, overcast day. Made for nice colors in the leaves (used a polarizer), but for drab skies.

PP - opened in Raw using ACR. Cropped out top portion of image to remove most of the yucky sky. Shadow/highlight layer (adjusting highlights only) to tone down the sky some more. selective color layer, again working on sky (no selections, just adjusted whites to add in some blue color). USM at large radius to increase contrast. resize. small amount of USM at small radius, added border. save for web.
