Distant Shores

This is one file from an auto exposure bracketing @ -2 taken early at 5.40am, there was a hole in the clouds which gave a good feel of distance, I noticed after the download that the shore line in the far distance was in the image as well and created a for more feel of distance framed with a medium foreground pier on the left and the end of an Island on the right and the light from the sky showing a beam on the water. I like the photo hope you do to.

ok, i guess.
but you could have picked another time...deeper into dusk, when the contrast of purple and orange is greatest.

I'm sure it's a lovely location and it probably looked spectacular in your eyes, I don't think the camera has done it justice.

The excessive messy sand in the foreground is distracting.

There appears to be some driftwood towards the shore, I think I'd have explored the option of getting closer to that and using it as a diagonal 'anchor' to the sunburst clouds.
