 This was a nice find for us because the birds and other wild life were scared off by my youngest son Isaac and his friend Peter. Never take two nine year old boys into the woods and think you will be able to capture the beautiful wild life. They move through the woods with the grace and elegance of a charging rino with its' tail on fire. They were so loud that the leaves fell off the trees.

What a great find indeed. Great composition with the tree limbs branching out across the picture. I am loving the background and the rich yellow and brown tones. Great capture.

LOL! My favorite part of these walkabouts is reading the notes that accompany the photos - you definitely created an interesting picture with your words here. :-) Like the actual photo, too. Though you should have had the aforementioned 9-year olds running through in the background...

What a cool find. Usually the only nests I see are the ones that are just a pile of leaves and sticks tucked into a bush.

Lol love your description of 2 9 yr old boys! This is beautiful and a special find. Cropping a little to the left might improve even more ;)
