 Here's a little outtake -

3 CDs on a black T-shirt. The lighting in the outtake is just from the window, I think. For the 'chosen one' I used on camera flash with a magnifying glass in front of it for a bit of diffusion. The T-shirt disappears through burning and jacking up of contrast and saturation etc.
