I like the concept, but the soft focus on the eye makes me look for other parts of the image that are in focus. I would offer one thing and that would be that you be tack sharp on the eye and move everything else ouy of focus. I think that would have helped your chances here. That being said maybe you wanted the soft focus and in that case I would have wanted to see that reflected in the title so we wouldn't have to draw our own conclusions.

Nicely done. Good rainbow spectrum. The color of the eye itself looks a bit odd being white, but I guess in doing so it doesn't detract from what you're going for.
That has to be the palest blue eye I have ever seen!
I like the makeup to make the rainbow. But the eye itself seems to lack some punch - a bit more contrast might help. A slightly different angle of the shot might also do the trick - it seems to be shot while looking down at the eye - would bring out that awesome pale iris by allowing more light on the eye itself
