Started gliding lessons today :D

Perfect weather for gliding, spent half an hour chasing a seagull up a thermal.

still ecstatic about it all.

Far out - I bet that's a huge thrill! Great photo - conveys that sense of free flying in the sky.

A glider pilot followed a seagull out over the ocean where they flew for a long time. The pilot did not worry, he was following the seagull. Finally, a long way out over the water the seagull turned for shore and FLAPPED his wings!

Are you a pilot or do you have to figure out the landing thing yet? Good Luck!

Still have to figure out the landing thing unfortunately. i had never ever done anything alike before; its all completely new to me. But i intend to get regular lessons now til i can go solo.
