He's one of the crystal perfume bottle vendors - you get the bottle, a polished wooden box it fits into, and a vial of perfume oil. I fail to bargain well, so I've been told I'm not allowed to shop on my own. Despite that, I've purchased one of these for my dad's wife (which she loved) and will get more for Christmas gifts later on. May even get one for me!
