Challenge: Point of View II (Basic Editing)
Camera: Canon PowerShot SD300
Location: Coquitlam BC
Date: Oct 16, 2007
Aperture: F/4.5
ISO: 50
Shutter: 1
Galleries: Still Life
Date Uploaded: Oct 16, 2007

Took a picture with my little Canon SD300, through the viewfinder of my Nikon D70s. The tiny lens was almost a perfect fit for the viewfinder. Had to tilt slightly downward to get the display, thus causing some distortion (lines not quite streight). The viewfinder is very dim on the D70s...thus it required extreme ISO, apature and shutter speed (1 sec) to capture enough brightness. The D70s was on a tripod, the SD300 was hand-held against the back of the camera, as steady as I could.

While perhaps not the best execution...I thought it was a creative POV that many here could relate to. I know the secondary subject is prety lame...I thought of the idea an hour before the end of the challange...it's one of those 'what can I find around the house' photos. You could say I'm a little banana's to enter this. ;-)

Interesting capture. Have to assume its a pic of the back of another camera. I think I wish the photographed subject had more interest. Good idea, could have been better.

Of course, with around 100% of the viewers here being photographers, it may not be too accurate to say that this is an unusual point of view. But hey, I'm counting it :) How you do that?

I really like the idea here, very unique. The subject that the photographer is looking at isn't that interesting to me though, and the composition could be better, but all in all this is a nice shot.
