I love the concept, but I think the execution is not so great, maybe if you had someone holding the pencil.

I think the glare from your lighting (flash?) hurts this one.

For me, its the harsh flash which detracts from you image. I like what you did with the pencil as the sword though.

What is the point of the flag in the background? I think this is a great idea, just think you should get a better background to go with it.
