 I don't have a macro lens, but I was inspired by Connies picture, Eleven.

This probably isn't what people are expecting to see and I doubt that this will hold up against the (likely) conucopia of colorful and vivid bug/flower shots. I confess that this really isnt interesting. It was a fun image to create and hopefully the feedback I recieve will help me take better photographs.

Set up on black parchment paper
125 watt bulb, side lit the egg
some dodging and burning in photoshop for contrast

this being my second challenge, i've set the bar slightly higher and I'm hoping for something above a 6.

I would hardly concider a shot of the moon as a macro shot ;-)
