Is it "My Dear Friend" as in the "dog" or "My Deer Friend" as in the "tractor"? If it is the dog then I offer you this to think about. You could move back a little and get him totally in the frame and I think that would help this as well as a different background. If it is the tractor then you should be a little closer.

poor quality. Distracting over exposed area at top left.

IT LOOKS LIKE AN CHILD TOOK THE PICTURE AND CUT OFF THE SIDE, I AM HAVING A HARD TIME LOOKING AT IT AND SEEING A CREATIVE POINT OF VIEW.

Not a great composition. The photo also lacks sharpness.

Sadly there are both blown highlights and burnt-out shadows here, and the focus is off. I suspect a camera of low quality.

It's not straight. The subject is out of focus and almost out of frame. The background is over exposed and too dominant in the picture.

It seems like the main subject is supposed to be the dog, but he is cut out too much, so he doesn't really seem like he is. Also the sky and the roof are blown out, there is no detail there it is just pure white. I think I would try to straighten it out a bit too.

too many things going on here...tilting horizon, washed-out barn roof, partial dog...interesting shot but really needs more of a focal point.
